Returns and Shipping & Privacy Policy

Our site policy is as follows:

 We have No control over a package once it leaves our Shop. We DO NOT give refunds for slow shipping speeds . We are NOT responsible for Lost, Stolen, Or Damaged packages. Every package we send will have a tracking Number, if you do not receive you package please contact your Local Post Office Immediately.

Because Bath & Body Products are a personal care product, due to COVID - 19 we do not accept returns on any item that has been opened or used.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me so we can discuss an appropriate solution. We do not refund the purchase cost based on Personal taste such as scent, color, or texture.

If you can explain to us in more detail why you want to return, we will evaluate your request , and provide the appropriate solution. You may be able to return the item at your own cost with a $5.00 restocking fee on all returned items , only one return is allowed per purchase address. Item must be in good condition and sealed in original packaging. No refunds will be made until item is received and inspected. Refunds will go back on original credit card used to make the purchase.

We try our best to describe the scents based on the essential oils used.

**If you have any Allergic reactions to foods, nuts or oils  Please Be Aware of your allergies and look at our ingredients list carefully. We use a Natural vegetable oil blend in ours soaps that contains coconut, palm, and olive oils and sometimes a nut powder such as walnut or almond.

We are not responsible for any reaction cause by our products to a person with a known allergy**

All products affect each person differently. Know your skin and your allergies and what works best for you, as even natural ingredients may cause sensitivities or irritation. Salty Girl Soap Company is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Each product description includes a complete list of ingredients. Its a good practice to test the product on the inside of your elbow first and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue its use.

All orders generally ship with in 1-2 business days, Exception Holidays, Natural disaster, Etc.

I charge the actual  shipping cost to your area

We ship with USPS and Generally will use the fastest most Economical shipping choice when available. However We have No control on a package once it leaves our Shop. We DO NOT give refunds for slow shipping speeds once the package arrives at the post office. 

If you have not received your package with in a reasonable amount of time
